Overview:
Increase self-awareness and awareness of others’ Strengths to allow individuals and leaders to lean into what they do best. Move your team from disengaged to actively engaged by focusing on Strengths. Prior to the event, participants will complete a Clifton Strengths assessment and will receive a Top 5 Clifton Strengths report. Lunch will be provided.
Biography:
Jessica graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s in Biosystems Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management. She worked for John Deere as an Environmental Engineer and then for Magellan Midstream Partners as an Engineering Project Manager. She is Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified. She has managed both multi-million-dollar construction projects and as well as 75 small projects simultaneously. Learning from these challenges over the past ten years, she has honed her productivity and project management methodology. Jessica has the exceptional ability to guide her clients to the right solutions and to see the big picture while staying in tune with the detail. Jessica’s CliftonStrengths are Activator, Learner, Developer, Woo, and Positivity. “I love helping companies and individuals gain traction and finally get some momentum on projects!”
