Overview:
Amidst the Great Recession, organizations and managers are dealing with the next generation of workers making their way into the workforce. Like every new generation, they share thoughts, feelings, and values about work that are different than those who have come before them, and it can be difficult for leaders and managers to know what to do. In this session participants will learn:
- Some of the reasons for the thoughts and values the next generation has about work
- How managing them is the same and different from other employees
- What organizations will need to do to attract and retain the next generation
Biography:
Led by Jessica Kinsey, a facilitator, strategist, creative thinker, and founder of Prodigy & Co who believes that the right space allows people to show up as their best selves and reach their highest potential.
