John Allen - Stakeholder Engagement

John Allen

John Allen is a Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience leading modernization and process improvement initiatives. He currently serves as a Senior Consultant with Linea Solutions, Inc., where he supports organizations in the pension and benefits administration space with modernization efforts, operational improvements, and complex project delivery.

John specializes in helping organizations strengthen project governance, align initiatives with strategic goals, and improve execution across teams. He has also worked extensively with organizations to establish and mature Project Management Offices (PMOs) and to integrate emerging technologies - such as artificial intelligence - into project management and operational workflows.

Drawing on both project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, John works closely with agencies and leadership teams to implement practical solutions that streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall organizational efficiency.

John's session is titled The Human Touch at Machine Speed: The New Art of Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder engagement is changing - not because relationships matter less, but because attention, trust, and context are harder to earn. This session moves beyond traditional stakeholder registers and communication plans to focus on the real art of engagement: designing how stakeholders receive meaning, build trust, make decisions, and take action. Attendees will learn a practical engagement operating system and see how AI can support the work without becoming the work.
