VP of Programs
The VP of Programs is a member of the PMI Tulsa Board of Directors, responsible for directing the preparation and presentation of the chapter’s project management programs and events, including monthly chapter meetings, the Annual PMI Tulsa Golf Tournament, the Annual Christmas Party, and networking opportunities. This role develops the annual program plan and schedule, manages the physical and financial arrangements for events, coordinates registration, and serves as the chapter’s point of contact with PMI for programs.
Working closely with chapter leadership, including the VP of Professional Development, the VP of Programs supports the chapter’s annual business plan and provides regular reporting on event speakers and professional development topics. They may also appoint non-voting committee chairpersons to help run events, and they gather regular member feedback on satisfaction with chapter programs.

VP of Administration & Governance
The VP of Administration & Governance is an elected or appointed member of the PMI Tulsa Board of Directors, responsible for maintaining and carrying out the chapter’s policies and bylaws and making sure all governance and compliance activities are handled accurately and on time. This role safeguards the chapter’s governing documents and records, schedules board meetings and distributes agendas, keeps meeting minutes and action items, and manages the annual meeting notice and annual report.
Working closely with chapter leadership, the VP of Administration & Governance collects each leader’s annual plan deliverables and reports progress to the board and PMI. They also oversee the chapter’s document repository, ensure policies and public documents use inclusive language, coordinate general correspondence and printed materials, and develop a succession and transition plan for the role.

VP of Membership
The VP of Membership is a member of the PMI Tulsa Board of Directors, responsible for growing and retaining the chapter's membership and making sure members get real value from belonging. This role builds and carries out the chapter's membership plan, tracks key metrics using PMI's membership data tools, and runs the welcome, renewal, and recognition efforts that keep members engaged.
Working closely with chapter leadership, the VP of Membership also gathers member feedback through surveys, researches local employers and organizations for growth opportunities, and promotes the value of PMI and chapter membership through the channels members already use.

President Elect
The President Elect is an elected member of the PMI Tulsa Board of Directors who works alongside the chapter president and serves as their designated successor. This role represents the president when they're unavailable, stands ready to step into the full president role if needed, and helps the president liaise with PMI.
Working closely with chapter leadership, the President Elect supports the chapter's strategic projects and helps carry out the board's succession and transition plan, including their own path into the presidency.

Administration Volunteer
The Administration Volunteer serves as a key member of the PMI Tulsa Board of Directors, supporting the chapter's governance and day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for coordinating board meetings, maintaining official chapter records, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring important communications and governing documents are organized and accessible.
Working closely with chapter leadership, the Administration/Secretary helps keep the board informed, supports annual planning and succession efforts, and plays an important role in ensuring the chapter operates efficiently and in accordance with PMI and chapter governance requirements.

Outreach Committee
Help PMI Tulsa build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community partners. Committee members work with the VP of Outreach to identify sponsorship opportunities, connect with potential partners, and support the chapter's growth and visibility in the Tulsa community.

Sponsorship Manager
Lead the chapter's efforts to secure and manage sponsorships that support PMI Tulsa programs and events. This role focuses on building partnerships with local businesses, creating sponsorship opportunities, and ensuring sponsors receive value and recognition for their support.

Community Engagement Lead
